Since 2000, FLUX: International Relations Review puts forward original student-led research spanning all domains of global affairs. Hailing from McGill University, Montreal, it has featured authors from leading universities all across North America, Europe, and Asia. 

The journal is funded by the International Relations Students' Association of McGill (IRSAM), a federally incorporated not-for-profit NGO. It holds special consultative status with the United Nations, and is one of the only student-led organizations in the world to hold such a status.

FLUX's commitment to original and rigorous reasearch is tangible. As such, the journal upholds a strict double-blind peer-review process. Each featured article is ultimately selected with the belief that it will contribute to the academic discourse on the subject.

As asserted in our Vision Statement, the journal puts an emphasis on interdisciplinary competencies. Students from all fields contribute to FLUX each cycle, brought together by a common passion for student-led research. 

With the commitment of supporting a greater global exchange of knowledge, FLUX also freely provides immediate open access to all of its content.
