Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published.
  • To ensure a blind review, the document is stripped of the author's name and university affiliation.
  • Rigorous and consistent references are present throughout the article. URLs are provided where applicable.
  • The submitted file is in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.

Author Guidelines

FLUX puts forward comprehensive research papers. To that effect, original and thought-provoking theses, as well as methodological rigour, are required. Published topics range from global affairs to domestic politics, political economy, international law, history, and development.

To be eligible, a paper must have been written during undergraduate tenure. If written for a course, a minimum letter grade of A- is strongly recommended. There is no strict length requirement. However, a minimum of 7 pages, excluding references and footnotes, is strongly recommended.

This license permits readers to share with attribution non-commercially. No derivatives are
permitted.
